Great job that you were able to do it before, rockyneck5126.

Let's make sure you'll be able to do it again. To print the Transaction List by Vendor according to the dates you've set up, we'll have to open it first. Let me walk you through on how to do it. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports on the left.
  2. In the search box, enter Transaction List by Vendor.
  3. In the Report period, select your desired dates. This includes transactions that need to be printed.
  4. If there's more information that you'll want to add, customize it as much as you want.
  5. Once ready, let's click the Print icon.

Let's take a look at this sample screenshot:

thank you Sarahann.  your instructions were right on and jogged my memory as to what I had done before.  the only other thing I would like to include on the vender report is a total figure of all the vendor transactions at the bottom.  I didn't see any way to do this and maybe this is not possible?

thank you, Rocky Neck

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @rockyneck5126.

Allow me to step in and share information about the report in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, adding the total amount at the bottom of the Transaction List by Vendor report is unavailable. As a workaround, I suggest exporting the report to Excel and add the extra details manually (see screenshot below).

For additional reference, I've attached some articles a user can use to learn more about customizing reports, as well as how you can export them:
