I want to send my clients proposals from QuickBooks. Right now I can only see forms that are called “Estimate”. How can I change the name from “Estimate” to “Proposal“?

@hawaiiarchitect ,

Gear > Custom form styles

Click on New Style (upper right)

Select Estimate from pulldown

Replace "My ESTIMATE Template" with "Proposal Template" (or your choice of new form title)

Click on Content (second tab of gray bar, upper left)

Click on small pencil icon in top section of form (far right)

Editable fields will appear on left side of screen

Scroll down to Form section, Form names

Estimate has an editable box next to it, type in Proposal

Click Done (bottom right)

List appears with new Proposal Template and Standard

Set the new Proposal Template as default, using the pulldown under Action (far right)
