I would like assistance on invoices?

I'm here to share details about the invoicing feature in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @luizfdelucab. This way, you'll be able to maximize its enhancements that provide convenience in creating your invoices.

Before we start, you can share with me here the specific assistance you need with your invoices. This is to provide you the exact solution to your concern.

In QBSE, you can send an invoice to multiple emails, reminders, forward paid receipt, and even duplicate it. In case you want to send an invoice to multiple emails, let's go to the Invoices menu to execute the process. Please note that this will not start an email thread but will send a copy of the invoice to any emails included in the Cc/BCC field.

Here are the steps on how to send an invoice to multiple emails trough the web version:

1. Go to the Invoices menu.
2. Select Create invoice.
3. Enter all the needed information.
4. Click Email.
5. Select the Cc/Bcc hyperlink.
6. Fill out the Cc and Bcc fields with any other email addresses you’d like to send a copy of the invoice to.
7. Select Send. Any changes are made to the Invoice (including when it’s paid), anyone who received the Invoice will be able to open it with their initial email and see the changes reflected automatically.
