import chart of accounts

I am trying to import my chart of accounts and I have the .cvs file setup and when I go to import it, there are no red boxes around any of the accounts, but it keeps saying 0 of 376 accounts imported, We found some problems and couldn't import your data.  Fix the info in the highlighted fields and try again.  Except none of the fields are highlighted, so there is nothing to fix.  Any ideas how I can get this imported?

Why doesn't quickbooks import tool just work, why should I have to use a 3rd party tool to import my chart of accounts?  It doesn't show my .csv file has any errors when I import the file.

Let me guide you on how to import your chart of account in QuickBooks.

  1. Click the Gear ⚙︎ icon at the top.
  2. Select Import Data under Tools.
  3. Select Charts of Accounts.
  4. On the Import accounts page, click the Browse button.
  5. Find the Excel file to import, then select Open.
  6. Click Next to continue.
  7. Map your data, then click Next.
  8. The next page shows the accounts that are ready to be imported.
  9. Adjust your data if necessary, then click Import.

You can also transfer other existing data on your new account to help you having to set up the items from your lists one by one. Check this out for the detailed steps and additional information: Move your Lists to QuickBooks Online.

I have done that and it doesn't work, below is the error I get

 

0 of 376 accounts successfully imported.
We found some problems and couldn't import all of your data. Fix the info in the highlighted fields and try again.
 
The problem is there aren't any highlighted fields to fix.

There is a reported issue similar to yours, c20916.

 

Our product engineers are currently investigating the error message you're seeing when importing Chart of Accounts. They are doing their best to get this resolved as soon as they figure out the caused of the error message.

  1. Click the Help icon at the top.
  2. Select the Contact us button below.
