Buy nowHi all, we have our Quickbooks account setup so that if a client's preferred delivery method is set to "E-mail" and we import an invoice, it will automatically add it to the "Send Forms" window so we don't have to click into each invoice and manually select "Send Later". However, when I do this the link for ACH payment is missing. If I remove the invoice from "Send Forms" window and then manually add it back, the link appears, but I don't want to have to do this as I often import 100+ invoices at a time. Is there a solution to this?
It's good to see you here in the QuickBooks Community, @Erics29.
I'll share some information about managing invoices with the ACH link and help you from there.
When you process online invoice payments, the ACH link will only be available if you create and send the invoice within your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file. Thus, imported invoices don't include the ACH link when sending the invoices to your customers.
I understand that you have a lot of invoices to import and its time consuming to send them one at a time to your customers. Therefore, you'll need to create and send the invoices within QuickBooks to include the ACH link.
