I've read that in QBO Canada version, there is a way to import journal entries (Import Data then Upload csv file of the journal entry). This feature is really convenient to users who use journal entry to accrue expenses at month-end. Why is this feature not available in the US version? You'd have to get an importer app that's from a third-party to be able to import JEs. That's another $$ to spend.
I agree that importing journal entries in QuickBooks Online is very useful in keeping your books accurate and organized, @jsedigo2.
The reason why your desired feature may be available in QuickBooks Canada but not in the US version could be due to differences in accounting standards that can vary between countries. For now, other than integrating a third-party importer application to QBO, you may add your transactions manually as a workaround. Let me walk you through how:

Thanks for your response @Mich_S .
My problem arise when I need to make a journal entry with more than 50 lines. Not all companies are willing to pay an additional fee to use a third-party app only to upload a journal entry once a month. It just isn't economical.
I'll provide feedback to the developers as you provided.
It's quite possible that ProAdvisor's in the US are against the idea of having it as the default feature.
That could be it! But maybe they could add it for a specific role?

Hello Mich_S - I was curious if this feature is still not available in the US version or does it now allow to import journal entries?
I appreciate the effort in seeking updates when importing journal entries into QuickBooks Online, peoforward.
I see how the option to import journal entries may be a great way to save time and reduce manual errors, this feature is still unavailable in QuickBooks Online (US). You may take into account the workaround shared by my colleague above or consider exploring third-party applications to import journal entries as a workaround.
