Editing the text field in your packing slip would be awesome, dan-precisionh2o.
As of now, this option isn't available in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, I'd suggest creating a new custom form style and renaming it Packing Slip. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
- Choose Invoice from the New style drop-down.
- Select the Content tab.
- Change the Form names to Packing Slip under the Form section.
- Click Done to save it.
I also encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending feedback. Our product development team reviews all the requests we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers. I'll show you how:
- Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
- You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
- From the drop-down menu, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you email invoices, sales receipts, and estimates in QuickBooks Online: Send Sales Forms.
