Hi,

Is there any inventory app that integrates with quickbooks online that can only manage the quantity of the products on hand (Without having all the data in quickbooks app)?

So if PO delivered, the worker who gets the products can record it and it doesn't effect the books. But it only shows how many of each used for service and how many need to order..? The problem is that when the bookkeeper prepares a bill it increases the quantity on hand again ..

A garage.cars repair. So we buy the inventory which means a lot of parts. And there is one worker who in charge of the inventory.. and we don't want him to prepare bills.. but we want him to record quantity on hand to know what to order.. and the records will be synced with quickbooks.
