Invoice layout changed, which is not showing quantity and rate even total is not correct, can anyone help me

4. Provide a summary of your concern and click Continue.
5. You can choose either chat with us or have us call you.

I appreciate it , your prompt response, I called them 6-7 times but unfortunately no one resolved my issue , my case no [no. removed].

And from past 3 days , trying to get the solution but unfortunately they couldn't. I have not made any invoice, just bcoz of this change of layout. Now I am making invoice on Excel and if I need to make invoices on Excel then why should I pay for QBO subscription.
