Invoices being sent to Spam

Every time I send an invoice to a new customer it is sent to their spam folder. It is incredibly unprofessional to have to call them and tell them to check their spam. The problem seems to lie with the sender address being "[email address removed]". Is there a way to change this to my company email address? I do this with Shopify invoices and it works perfectly.

There isn't a solution in that discussion. Just "contact your IT professional". 

 

I started a new thread because my question is a little bit different. If we can change the sending email from [email address removed], then I think we can solve this problem. Do you know how to do this? Many platforms have the ability to send emails from there server but have it come through as a different domain.
