At the moment, there's an ongoing investigation about sending invoice in QBO. Our Engineers are aware of this issue and currently working on a fix. I recommend contacting our support team to add you to the list of affected users. Rest assured that updates will be sent out soon. Here's how:

Yes we are having the same issue. We asked QBO for assistance but they did not provide very good advice and just blamed our computers for not being updated and that is why it is happening. We have completed all windows and outlook updates, yet this problem is still occurring. I am getting emails when Quickbooks tries to send me an email, however, when I send myself an invoice, nothing comes through. The same is for our admin on staff. Others are able to send us an email, so the problem is not at our end. The problem is intermittent. One invoice was able to come though surprisingly this week. However, not others that followed. This shows there is a bug at Intuit's end. Please fix.
