Is there a 2.9% + 25¢ charge when an invoice is paid online with a debit card (not a credit card)?

Let me share some information about the fee for Invoice paid through a debit card. We start accepting debit cards with corresponding fees for invoiced and ACH bank transfers through QuickBooks Payments.
