Why has this issue not been resolved. It has been going on for years and they have said since 2020 that they would look into fixing this.

Paying the entire customer statement isn't supported in QuickBooks Online. However, we can only process and pay invoices on an individual basis. This means you’ll need to review each invoice and make payments separately to ensure accurate tracking and accounting.

Very clearly making a suggestion doesn’t help. This suggestion started 4 years ago and nothing has changed. Very disappointing that you keep replying to make suggestions but do not make the suggested changes that make sense. I for one am already looking into another accounting program as QuickBooks clearly is not concerned with their customers needs and requests.
