Let me provide information about arranging your line items in the new layout, Julie.
If you want to rearrange the line items within the bundle by default, you can do so by heading to the Products and Services menu. I'll show you how to do it below.
On the other hand, you can follow the steps below to send feedback if you want to rearrange the line items within the sales form, as the option to do so is unavailable.
This way, our product developers can take note of the need for this feature and consider adding it in future updates.
I'll just leave this article on using bundles in QuickBooks Online for more information: How to Use Bundles.

Feel free to reach out if you need any clarification or have other concerns about managing products and services in QuickBooks Online, Julie. I'm just one post away.
Thank you for trying to help. Have you tried what you have suggested above? If so, you will see that no matter what order you save the Bundle line items in under Products and Services, when you select that Bundle in Estimates, it comes over with the line items completely out of order with no way to rearrange them back into the correct order. This is extremely frustrating and makes absolutely no sense! Is there a work around for this?
I have provided feedback several times over the past week and have not received a single response from QB regarding a timeframe for a correction to the issue. It is crippling our ability to send Estimates to our clients in a timely manner, which is unacceptable. This issue needs to be corrected ASAP. I would like a response from QB regarding an immediate resolution to this issue. Software updates are not supposed to make the software impossible to work with.
Need resolution on this issue. Our estimates follow a logical project plan. This is now unusable which makes the entire tool unusable.
Hey there, @lukebhs.
Currently, the arrangements of the bundled Product and services line items when creating estimate transactions are based on how you sorted them in the Products and Services lists. I see how useful it is on your end to rearrange them according to your business preference and logical project plan.
With that in mind, I agree with what my colleague suggested to submit feedback to our Product Development Team and share your suggestions about the order of your bundled products and services in the estimate form line items.

I don’t think you guys (at QuickBooks Support) are getting it - it doesn’t seem to matter anymore which order you originally enter the line items when you create the bundle. When the bundle is selected in Estimates, it becomes completely rearranged with no way to move the line items back to the original order they were in when you created the bundle in the first place.
Maybe instead of making your paying QuickBooks customers waste more of their time submitting feedback after feedback with no response, the support team at Quickbooks could forward these issues directly to the development team/engineers who are making these changes and causing all of these issues. Again, software updates should not make the software more useless, time consuming, and frustrating to use.
I don't know if those in this thread have noticed this yet, but for the bundles I have if they are over 10 items long, then those items after #10 are tossed up to the top of the bundle list on an Estimate. If I make a bundle only 10 items long, then they appear in the correct order. There seems to be a 10 item limit on Bundle lists in this way.
I'll shed some light on the bundle arrangement when creating an estimate in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @ryemmett.
I appreciate your keen observation when entering a bundle on your estimate. Yes, you're right. The bundle displays the correct order if it contains ten or fewer items. If it exceeds, the additional items will appear on top.
I recognize the importance of the accurate arrangement of your bundles in QBO. In the meantime, I recommend sharing your valuable insight with our software engineers. This way, they can review your recommendation and potentially incorporate it in our future product updates.
To do that:
Once a customer accepts your estimate, it's essential to convert it into an invoice to maintain accurate financial records.
