Is there an overpayment invoice report available in qbo

I would like to run a report in QBO that will automatically find the word "tip" or "tips" or "gratuity" or "credit" on my PAID invoices, so I don't have to open each invoice individually to search for these line items on a paid invoice.

Is there an overpayment invoice report available in qbo

Hi there, @abdesignstudioll.

This feature appears to be beneficial to your company. I'm here to help you figure out how to submit feedback on this QuickBooks product feature.

The tracking report for overpayment invoices isn't available in QuickBooks Online. However, here's how we can send suggestions:

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon click the Feedback tab.

2. Enter you suggestion or request in the box.

3. Then, click the Next button to submit.

Your request will be sent straight to our developers, who will consider it when developing upcoming QuickBooks features.

I'm adding this page to get some ideas about what reports are available on your QuickBooks account: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

In addition, running the report by class represents significant organizational units within your business, such as store departments or product lines. To determine if it's the right tool for you and how to get started: Overview in class tracking In QuickBooks Online.

If you have any more queries about managing your vendors, please post them here. I'd be delighted to assist you more.

ChristineJoieR - Thank you for your response. It was NOT the answer I was hoping for, but at least I now now that I wasn't blind and just "not seeing" the option to generate that kind of specific report either by "filtering" fields available nor by actual existing "overpayment on invoice" reports.

I have not sent the feedback as of yet, but I most definitely will.

Thank you again for your response. Have a wonderful day.
