Refunds are usually posted within 7 to 10 business days after being processed. I can also see that you've already been in contact with our customer service about this issue. However, the Community is a public forum. Due to this reason, we're unable to open accounts and review billing history.
In this case, I recommend reaching out to our chat or phone support once again. They can take a look at your account and check the status of the refund and make sure to prevent the charges from happening again.
Here's how to contact them inside QBO:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
- Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter. Then, type in the same keyword and press Enter one more time.
- Select No.
- Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.
