Join nowI would like for my Item list report to also show the estimates I have when I search for an item. How do I do this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you single-click the item, name, etc, and then run a Quick report, as Ctl Q or from the right mouse menu or the button at the bottom of the list, etc, it shows activity for that item, name, account, class. Then, you Customize, top left. Filter tab. Filter on Posting status = Any.
Estimates and POs and SOs are Non-posting = tracking tools.
Invoices, Credit Memos, Bills, Checks, Credit Card Charges, etc are actual financial transactions = Posting.
So, if you only want Estimates, change the Filter to Posting Status = Non-posting and filter on Transaction Type = Estimates.
That's how you customize reporting to meet your desired perspective.
