How do you run a report from the list of memorized reports with the keyboard, not mouse. In other words, what is the keyboard shortcut to run a report?
Good day, Metal_CPA. I'll share the shortcuts you can use when running the memorized reports in QuickBooks.
Currently, there isn't a direct way to run memorized reports using keyboard shortcuts in QuickBooks. However, you can still utilize keyboard shortcuts available when running a report within the QuickBooks application:
For more details, see this article and proceed to page 252 for the list of keyboard shortcuts: QuickBooks Desktop Mac User’s Guide.

@Metal_CPA I'm not familiar with any differences in Mac, but I will say that, regardless of being able to shortcut directly to particular memorized reports, once you trigger the hotkey to open the Reports menu as a whole, the arrow keys should be able to navigate through, with the Spacebar functioning the same way as clicking on what you currently have highlighted.
Thanks for the reply, but the space bar does not run the report.
@Metal_CPA Ah, sorry about that. I would imagine there's some analogue key that does serve that purpose in Mac systems, but I don't know which it would be. In PC, spacebar almost always serves as an activation trigger on the currently focused content.
Maybe the Return key.
You can try this option:
Press 'fn + ctrl + F2' and that will highlight the Apple menu at top right corner.
From there you can use your arrow keys to move the cursor over to the Reports menu, press the down arrow to open the menu, the same arrow keys to get to the Memorized section.
Then just highlight the report you would like to open and press the Return key, it should open the report for you.
Pressing the return key on a Mac does not open the report.
Were you able to access the menu's using the 'fn + ctrl + F2' key combination? That should allow access to the menu controls. Then you should be able to arrow over to the Reports menu, use the arrow keys to open the menu (pressing the down arrow), then highlight the Memorized section, press the right arrow to display the list of memorized reports. Then from there use the arrow keys to highlight the desired report, once it is highlighted pressing the Return or Enter key should open the report for you.
