Multiple "account" filters for a custom report

This is such a simple report and I just get infuriated trying to search for the answer. All Intuit wants to do is guide me to is accepting or processing credit cards. AHHHHHH!

 

I also hate the fact that "account" is double used. Can't we just come up with a new word? Example: I have a credit card and it is an account in QuickBooks. When I buy something with the card I assign an account to the charge. 

 

I just want a report that shows all transactions for American Express that are "Postage and Delivery" This isn't rocket science. I know the answer is going to be simple but I just can't get it. The report customization is only letting me set 1 "account" filter. 

 

I have QB Desktop 2020 Pro Plus.

It is possible to do what you're asking using the account filter.

 

To do this, filter the report  (for example, a custom transaction detail report) for the account, where you pick the Credit Card account at the top of the account filter and then the Expense (or any other type) account at the bottom:
