Let's access your account and create an invoice using a private or incognito browser. This way we can isolate this invoicing concern to ensure that this is not browser-related.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

- Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you’re able to access your account and create an invoice successfully, you can clear the cache of your regular web browsers. Oftentimes, stored browsing history may become corrupted and results to unexpected behavior.
Also, can use the Browser Health Checkup Tool to check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online.
