My invoices aren't showing under the Invoice tab. I have refreshed multiple times and no luck.

We appreciate you for letting us know about the missing invoices on your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, takeittotheedgem. 

 

As per checking, we've received volumes of customers reporting the same issue when multiple invoices are not showing under the invoice tab. Don't worry, our product design team is in the process of investigating this unusual behavior and is implementing measures so you can get back to business seamlessly. 

 

With that, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to have your account information added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates regarding the investigation status and ensure to keep you going when working with your QuickBooks tasks.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and click Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and select Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.
  • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
  • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

 

Additionally, I've added this reference to help you record customer payment transactions in your account: Record or attach expense receipts in QuickBooks Self-Employed. It also includes steps on how QuickBooks can record new transactions from images of physical receipts.

My invoices aren't showing under the Invoice tab. I have refreshed multiple times and no luck.

I did contact them and was added to the list of affected customers.  As of right now, I still can't access my invoices.  I need this fixed by tomorrow so I can send out reminders.  Is this going to be fixed?

Please know we recognize the urgency of this matter, and upon checking here on our system, we're still unable to give you a specific time frame. Since you're already on the list of affected users, you'll receive an update once it's fixed. Rest assured. Our Product Engineers are already processing the fix so you can complete your tasks inside QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
