I’m happy to provide you step by step instructions on how to reach Customer Service by phone. 

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help option.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. On the way, we can connect the menu, pick Call Me. You’ll then see your confirmation request along with the estimated time for an agent to call you.

I go through this with you every so often. I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. Logging in to my account does not work.  All the information for my credit card listed on the account is accurate. It will not accept the information.  My QuickBooks subscription never has any issues, same exact card, same exact info. I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON TO GET THIS RESOLVED. I find it most aggravating to spend hundreds of dollars a year and Intuit makes it impossible to reach a live person. They call this customer service. It is unacceptable, I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE WITH MY PAYROLL SUBSCRIPTION.  DID I MENTION I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON.

This is not customer service. I am furious, Intuit doesn't mind taking my money, but they don't want to provide any assistance when you need him. I guess wants they have your money coming we can all go straight to hell.

I need to speak with a person on the phone about how to correct an error we made when cutting a check.  Please, please, please. I need to speak to a human being, not text.  And please I need the person to be able to speak English.  My number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.

@SusyCapote   No one here can, nor will call you, unless it is for fraudulent reasons. 

You have to take the same steps as anyone else and request a callback.  

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.
      • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
