You're on the right track in updating your business information in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @bergmanmd1. I'll make sure you'll get to change your account's phone number so you can set up instant deposits.

You'll need to verify the phone number used on your Intuit account. You may haven't updated it yet that's why QuickBooks still using your old phone number. To do this, here's how:

  1. On your QuickBooks Online account, click the User icon at the upper right corner and select Manage your Intuit Account80.jpg
  2. Go to the INTUIT ACCOUNT section, and select Sign in & security.
  3. Select the Phone section. 81.jpg
  4. Click the Change link.
  5. Add the new Phone number and enter your Password.
  6. Select Save.

In case the phone number on your Intuit account is correct and still the issue continues, I'd recommend contacting out Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your account, change your phone number, and make sure you successfully set up instant deposits. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us (Send a message or Get a callback).

Also, to further guide you in managing your company info, I'f recommend checking out this article: Account Management Help Articles. It includes topics about subscription and user management and data and security, to name a few.

Keep me posted in the comments if you have other account management concerns in QBO. I'll gladly help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @bergmanmd1.
