Next date for Journal entry

I'm happy to assist you, @NaPrep. I can share some insight about the auto-recall transaction in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you don't want to recall transactions in the months ahead, you'll need to disable this function.

Here's how:

1. Click on Edit.
2. Select on Preferences.
3. Uncheck on Automatically remember account or transaction information.
4. Un-tick the Automatically recall last transaction for this name as well.

Thank you so much for your quick response.  I didn't have automatically recall last transaction info check though.  So how do I move the next date back to March. I also noticed that when I clicked on the GL that the entries I made are not showing but when I go to edit and searched the amount using "find" it shows it is recorded the the GL so I am confused.
