No "All Dates" option in "New Enhanced Experience in Reports" for Quickbooks Online

Hello, I was looking at the "New Enhanced Experience in Reports" and found that the "All Dates" option has been removed. Can we get the "All Dates" option restored? This is important because Quickbooks Online will be sunsetting the "Classic" reports view that allows the "All Dates" option.

Thank you, Greg

No "All Dates" option in "New Enhanced Experience in Reports" for Quickbooks Online

Hello there, Greg. I understand that you want the option to choose "All Dates" in the new enhanced experience reports.

Currently, this option is not available in the updated reports or modern view. In the meantime, you can switch back to the classic view to use it.

Here's how:

  1. Hover to Reports.
  2. Pick your preferred reports with a New Enhanced Experience at the side.
  3. Click Switch to classic view.
  4. From the Report Period dropdown select All Dates
  5. Once done, click Run report

Moreover, you can customize your reports in QuickBooks Online and memorize them. This feature saves you time from doing the customization process again.

You can always reach out to me if you need further information or clarification regarding the new enhanced experience reports. I always got your back, Greg.

No "All Dates" option in "New Enhanced Experience in Reports" for Quickbooks Online

When I returned to check the "New Enhanced Experience in Reports" view today, I found that the "All Dates" option is now included in the date selection drop down menu. I am very pleased that Intuit has made this change.

No "All Dates" option in "New Enhanced Experience in Reports" for Quickbooks Online

All dates is no longer an option under Vendors.  I need to see all when viewing a vendor.   Also, when I paid bills today the older ones didn't show up.  It slowed me down to get that sorted.

Why are you removing All Dates option.  I operate with All Dates all the time.  I need to see it all.

How do I get the old vendor version back?

No "All Dates" option in "New Enhanced Experience in Reports" for Quickbooks Online

Hi there, @suecat09.

I understand how challenging it is when you can't see all of your vendor's transaction lists in QuickBooks Online. Rest assured, I'm here to assist you with a workaround in displaying transactions from all dates and can fix the case where older bills fail to appear whenever you pay a bill.

Your older bills don't show up after you pay your bills due to the limitation of the number of transactions on a single page. You'll need to click next or the second page to view the older transactions.

Here's how:

  1. On the left menu, hover over Expenses and choose Vendors.
  2. Select a vendor you want to view.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the transaction list page.
  4. Click the Next button.

As for the workaround to display the All Dates option when viewing your vendors, here's how:

  1. On the left menu, hover over Expenses and choose Vendors.
  2. Select a vendor you want to view.
  3. Click the Filters button.
  4. Choose the Custom date as the date filter and enter from the oldest date to the current date. For example: From 01/01/1999 to 06/27/2024.
  5. Hit Apply.

This will ensure that all transactions from the past until today will show up, or an alternative to the All Dates option.

Furthermore, while the All Dates option isn't yet available, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
  3. Select Next to send it.

Additionally, you can also consider running a report with vendor totals to get a report on all money paid to a vendor in QuickBooks Online.
