Number of invoices I created in a month

I'm looking for a report showing the invoices I created for a specific month, I don't care if they are paid or not I just want to filter the invoices created by month.

I'm here to make sure you can run a report showing the invoices you created for a specific month. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop, then go to the Reports tab.
  2. Under the Reports tab, select Customer's and Receivable then click Open Invoices.
  3. On the report page, click the Dates dropdown and select This Month or This Month-to-date.

 

You can also customize the data, add or delete columns, add or remove information on the header/footer, and even personalize the font and style of the report. Check this article for detailed process: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Number of invoices I created in a month

That shows all open invoices and older invoices. For example I'm just looking for invoices I created and sent for the month of September. Is that possible

There's another way to pull up this report, Engineering101.

 

You can go to the Customer Center. Then, select Transactions, from there click on Invoices. You can filter All Invoices, then DATE with This Month

 

At the bottom left of the page, click on Run Reports.
