There can be several reasons why an income account isn't appearing on your P&L despite being used, v_ivey. Let's start by confirming a few details.

Let's review your Chart of Accounts setup. If it is set up incorrectly as an asset or liability account, it will not display in the P&L report because that report only includes income and expense accounts. Once you've confirmed this, you can change the account to the appropriate income category. Here's how:

- Go to the Chart of accounts, select the account.
- Click the View register dropdown and choose Edit.
- Modify the account and ensure to select the correct Income account.
- Hit Save to complete the process.

Then, review the transactions to confirm they have been posted to the account correctly.

Also, ensure the transactions for this sub-income account are within the date range of your P&L report. If they're outside the selected period, they won't appear. And double-check that no filters are applied that may exclude this account or its transactions.
