Open bills no longer colored by status?

As long as I've used Quickbooks Online, the bills for a vendor would be colored by status - especially orange for overdue.  Recently that seems to be gone, and all my bills (and all transactions) are now just black.  Were the colors removed intentionally, and how can I get them back?

Open bills no longer colored by status?

Let's get those bill status colors back for you, David.

First off, the bill status colors are still active. You can refer to the screenshot below:

If your bill status is not showing any colors, I suggest logging in to your account using a private browser window. This type of error is a result of accumulated cache.

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open a private window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If that works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache to reset the system. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

Once done, you can run the Transaction List by Customer to view payments received and their associated invoices.

Let me know if you have more questions about bill status. Take care.

Yes, I can now see it.  The problem was that the STATUS column had been removed.  Several of my screens have been changed lately, possibly a recent QB update has changed my saved settings?  Once I re-added STATUS I can see the colors.
