Our company bulk loads payables 2x monthly and we have up to 3 invoices per vendor. After the bulk load is done can we combine invoices that have more than one per payee?

Combining bills isn't currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you can open the transactions and take note if the line items used for the two bills and add them to the third invoice.

Here's how:

1. Locate the other two bills.
2. Open each transaction and take note of the items used for the bills.
3. Locate the third bill and add the items used for the other two bills.

    

4. Hit Save and close.
5. This way, the 3 bills are combined into one. You can now delete the two bills.
6. You also have the option to add a Memo to indicate that bills are combined into one.
