Our customers are paying invoices via ACH but quickbooks is still charging us a fee of $10 with description "DiscountRateFee, fee-type: Daily." Why is this?

Hey thanks for replying. This sounds like something our Merchant Services team will need to get to the bottom of with you. To further investigate the issue reach out to them by requesting a call back from within QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. Click the Help icon in  the upper right of the screen.
2. Select Contact US 
3. I recommend entering merchant services in the description as to accurately route the call.
4. Click Get a callback.
5. Enter your contact information.
6. Select Call me.

Then someone from our team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If there are any other questions and concerns please let me know.

Turns out I was mistaken! The ACH transfers that were not being charged fees were ones going directly to our bank account, not through Quickbooks.
