Your suggestions are ways we can improve QuickBooks more, Edoardo.
For now, you'll have to remove each row of totals in the Profit and Loss report after exporting it to Excel. The subtotal per account is set to default. If this is something you'd like QuickBooks Online to do, I suggest sending feedback to our product engineers. I'll personally do so as well on my end. Here's how to send feedback:
- Go to the Gear icon at the upper-right.
- Select Feedback under the PROFILE column.
- Enter a brief description of your suggestion something about customizing rows.
- Click Next.
