Page Did Not Load- Charts of Accounts

Hello. I try looking at chart f accounts for that from Settings>Payroll Settings>Accounting> Chart of Accounts used to map various accounts, the page does not load and I get a message that there had been a problem loading the page.

Page Did Not Load- Charts of Accounts

I appreciate your bringing up your concern about changing your payroll account preference in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We received reported issues from other customers that experienced the same. With this, our product engineers are already investigating this matter and diligently working on a fix to seamlessly get you back to business.

 

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-81821. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.
