Thank you for your reply, Tirzah. Honestly. I don't see the reason for contacting a third party about issues with a service that is offered to me by Intuit. I use Melio directly from now on as their service just works as it should. It was real easy to login into Melio using our Quickbook credentials. So, it seems to be working on their end.
