Thanks for reaching out to the Community for help with these messages. Our pop-ups are meant to guide and help you optimize with the QuickBooks Online product. If they're affecting your ability to work within the software, I recommend pressing the X or No, thanks button. This will allow you to have the full functionally of creating an invoice without all the pop-ups standing in your way.
Momentarily, there isn't a way to turn these messages off, but I'll send over some feedback so that our Product Developers can consider this is an upcoming update. The developers take your feedback seriously and take the time to review every detail.
