Possible for a report to list all credit card transactions and break them down below each entry (if was used to pay multiple bills)?

Is there a way to generate a report for a credit card (or check register), that will show all the transactions, and if some of them were used to pay multiple bills, it will break them down below that?

See this made up example as a sample

Thank you

Thanks for visiting this support forum for QuickBooks, David.

I can help you run the report you need to review your credit card transactions per account. For this, we can use and customize a Transaction Detail report.

Follow the steps in your QBDT account:

  1. From the Reports menu, choose Transaction Detail.
  2. On the Report window, select Customize Report.
  3. Go to the Display tab and update the Report Date Range, Report Basis and add or remove columns.
  4. Tap the Filters tab and click on Account.
  5. Use the Account drop-down to select the credit card account or multiple accounts.
  6. Once done, scroll down the filters and find Transaction Type.
  7. Select a transaction or pick multiple accounts by marking the boxes next to the transactions you want to see.

  8. Hit OK.
  9. (Optional) Use the Memorized button so you don't need to redo the changes when pulling up the same report. Saved reports are accessed through Reports > Memorized Reports
