Has anyone been able to run the PPP Loan Forgiveness reports for Round 2 loans established in 2021?
The QBs article says to run the PPP Forgiveness Payroll Cost Report - however this report is not listed under my reports menu. I am using Desktop Accountant 2020 Version & yes I have the most recent updates. There are 4 reports listed - PPP Cash Compensation, PPP FTE, PPP Average Monthly Payroll Cost, PPP Tax Cost. These reports will not let me enter dates for periods beyond December 31, 2020. The Payroll Cost and Cash Compensation reports seemed geared more towards applying for the loan but not the forgiveness. If anyone has figured the reports out for 2021, please share your secret.
Thanks in advance!
Thank you for the detailed information, @BABI.

I can't get these reports either for PPP loan forgiveness round 2. I find the answers from Quickbooks to be unresponsive. I just received an email on this which was basically a non answer. Frustrating! I have not loaded the 2022 desktop version but have updated the 2020 version I have. Is this fixed in the 2022 version?

PPP Reports disappeared from the report tab. After 4 techs flopping me between departments last week with ZERO HELP. and today the tech sends me a link for PPP you click on it ( Our experts are currently offline. Please try again later. ) All I want is my reports back , I ran the report update and lost them. They're not in backup, ran utilities verified date, rebuild still no reports.
I can run the PPP Cash Compensation Report, but there's no data in the report if I run it for any period prior to May 1, 2021. And our covered period is 2/11/21 to 4/15/21. Not sure what to do. QB support gave me a link to a chat regarding this (https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/Paycheck-Protection-Program/23465/view), but it says "chat not available at this time". The agent then gave me this number to call: 877-552-2692. She didn't know what it was, but said they could help with PPP questions. It's the SBA hotline. When is QB going to fix these issues?
