Utilize Chronobooks to copy your data between QBO accounts. You may have limited time until mid February to use it. Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account wih current discounted plan.

Use square for invoicing and then manually enter them in Quickbooks, it's much less expensive. I cannot believe the rates for invoicing in QB. 

Your service is not even worth $20/month and now you are going to 25?

time to start researching. Heck, a part-time accountant where I live is cheaper than that.
