I hadn't noticed the little drop down box "Activities" at the bottom. So accustomed to the selections at the top of the program. I was successful and I thank you very much as it really was a simple process.

How can I get the sub-accounts to print? When I follow these steps outlined in this article (Reports/Lists/List of Accounts), it does not show me the sub-accounts, only the parent accounts.

Sub-accounts are displayed in QuickBooks with a colon symbol (:) to indicate their connection to a parent account. For example, if the parent account is Insurance, the sub-account might appear as Insurance: Life Insurance. This makes it easy to distinguish between parent accounts and their associated sub-accounts.
To ensure that sub-accounts appear in your reports, you’ll need to customize your Reports properly. Here’s how:
After completing these steps, you should be able to see all parent accounts, sub-accounts, and their status in the Account Listing report.
