Printing checks from bill pay not being marked as print later.

Yes you are right! I never noticed that before. I knew it had to be something simple. Thank you! 

I don't have those options coming up on my program.  Is there something in the preferences that could be clicked on or off?

I'm chiming in to share additional information about the print later option in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @songbird70ca.

In QBDT, we can see the To be printed option by going to the Pay Bills window. It's to print your bills and checks at once.

Here's how:

1. On the Home screen, click Pay Bills.
   
2. Select your bills.
3. Click the To be printed radio button at the bottom.
4. Hit Pay Selected Bills.
   

However, if the issue persists, let's run the Verify/Rebuild Utility Tools to detect and resolve any data issues within the company file. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the File menu then Utilities.
2. Select Verify Data then wait until the diagnosis is done.
3. If there are issues, proceed to rebuild the company file.
4. Tap the File menu and Utilities again.
5. Use Rebuild Data this time then click OK.
   
6. Follow the onscreen steps to save a backup.

No, nothing. When choosing the Check payment method option, you'll always see the To Be printed option.
