I upgraded to QB 2020 desktop recently and up until then did not have this problem. I have a memorized report that is set to print one page wide and one page high. I can print the report with those settings, but they will not stay set. The next time I go into the report, I have to re-set the print settings. I've tried memorizing it with a new name and that made no difference. I have different reports that I need to be able to set individually. All need to be set to one page wide, but some need to be set to one page high and others it's okay for them to go to multiple pages because of the amount of information in the report. I also want to be able to choose between Portrait or Landscape - again that varies by the report. How do I save the print settings in individual reports?

Let me share some information on how Printer Settings works in QuickBooks Desktop, R3dBird.
The option to set a different printer set up for each memorized report is unavailable in QuickBooks. Once you change a setting used by other forms or documents, QuickBooks remembers the change only for the current form or document.
For example, if you switch to a different printer or orientation (Portrait or Landscape), QuickBooks continues to use the previous printer/orientation for all other reports and documents.
If you'll want to use another printer name, orientation, or page breaks, you'll need to manually change them every time you print different memorized reports.
Here's how you can set up a printer setting to your reports:

Thank you for all of the information!
This doesn't work. Even changing the print setup to one page wide, it still prints some reports 10 pages wide no matter how many times you try to fix it. Portrait and Landscape is random as well. This has been a problem for years! Sometimes it memorizes the print settings with the report, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes you can update those settings. Usually the wrong ones are stuck with a random report. After all these years this is still a constant problem.
