How do you print a bank recon after changes were made for a prior month in the online QB?
HI there! This should outline all the steps to print out your bank reconciliation reports in QBO. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/export-reports/view-print-export-reco...
Good luck!
After voiding transactions, my bank recon no longer shows the correct balance of cash on the balance sheet.
Is there a way to re-run the recon so the new balance shows on the report?
When I run the recon, it still shows the original balance of cash. I need the report to reflect the new balance after voiding transactions or making changes. How do I do that?
Thanks for the additional information, @suzeser. I'll share some insights about your reconciliation-related concern.
If you've made changes to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, it won't show up on the report, but it will affect all others in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you can export the original reconciliation report to an Excel file, and then from there, you can manually edit the figures.

Will reprinting with changes be added to Online at some point? It's still an option with desktop, so why no longer available?
Hello suzeser,
Thank you for chiming back in. I went ahead and submitted feedback about including this for QuickBooks Online. I can see how making this an option is beneficial. Our engineers are always looking for ways to make the program better. To keep up to date, I recommend following up with our QuickBooks Blog to see changes or new features that are added to the program. I agree that the option of printing the bank rec with changes should certainly be an option in QBO just as it is in desktop. Changes, especially at year end, happen far too often to not have this option. The bank rec should always agree to the balance sheet, especially in the accounting world, where clients are given reports. Exporting to excel and making manual changes leaves too much room for error.
