Product/Service QuickReport access

Using Quickbooks Online advanced - when I look at the products and services screen and  click the down arrow (next to the edit link) under the action column (far right), I have the option to 'run report'.  This feature is extremely important in my business, however my office manager (role: standard limited customers and vendors) has the option but the report will not run.  Does anyone know of a non payroll/non financial role that will allow this action?

Product/Service QuickReport access

Good day, @pkggal1. I'm here to share info about running the Product/Service QuickReport.

The option to run this report using this user access in unavailable in QuickBooks. For now, the reports accessible for this role are the A/P and A/R reports.

In addition, there is no specific non payroll/non financial role that allows this access. You can check the list of user roles and its access details in this article to know the closest user role you can give for your office manager. Learn about the different options for user roles and access permissions.

Moreover, you can send feedback to our developers about this feature. They can review your suggestions and most likely include them in future updates. Here's how to send your request:

  1. Go to Settings, and click Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, select Next to submit feedback.

Please note that QuickBooks user roles are customizable permissions you can give your team. User roles are either billable or non-billable. Billable users count toward your user limit, while non-billable users don’t. To know more about this, check out this resource: Learn about usage limits in QuickBooks Online.

If you have additional questions about accessing Product/Service QuickReport , just post them again the thread. I'd be glad to help you further.
