When I make changes to my Quickbooks Pro desktop income, COGS, and asset general ledger accounts, how do I get the changes to update in my item file in QB Point of Sale v19?

QB point of sale v19 update GL accounts

I can share some information about the changes that will happen when you update your accounts from QuickBooks Desktop Pro to Point of Sale, @Brant.

During the Financial Exchange, sales-related income accounts and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in your QuickBooks Desktop Pro will be your sales and returns in QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale. The Inventory Asset Account will be Vouchers, Return vouchers, Sales receipts, Returns, Adjustments, and other transactions.

For more information about how your accounts affect when sharing information from QuickBooks Desktop Pro to QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale: Financial Exchange Overview.

In case you'll encounter an error or need help with some problems you encountered with QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale. Refer to this QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale v19 User Guide
