QuickBooks doesn't care about fixing issues nor about customer problems. Just pay them for the latest version and deal with the same problems. This is evident by their actions and the "tech support" offering the same suggestions over and over and not bothering to actually read the problem nor previous posts. QB is a terrible program both Desktop and especially Online.
They don't read the thread. They just rehash the same thing that doesn't work over and over. It's like that on just about every page with a persistent problem. Terrible customer support but they will take your money without delay.
Didn't you see this EXACT same reply further up the page? Waste of time and space.
So, this is STILL an issue?? Just... wow!! Gotta love Intuit..
Christine,
It's really time Intuit actually fixed this problem. You give us the same steps over and over. I've been using QB for about 15 years and of course, I already know and have done all the steps you have given. And, just a comment on your statement below that the company's name might be too long???? QB has limits in each field. How could someone's company name be too long? If this field doesn't have a limit, why in the world doesn't it if it indeed could cause the program to crash? Sounds to me that is still an INTUIT problem.
When all this started, I sat online and worked with one of the specialists. They simply said, it needs to be escalated. Please encourage Intuit to let their customers know that they have addressed the issue but obviously have not been able to correct it. I feel as if I'm being lied to every time I look at this support site.
Thank you,

I was having the same problem using the memorize button. I'm using QBDT 2023. Instead, I customized my report, ran it, then closed it. A dialogue box popped up asking if I wanted to memorize it. It worked perfectly.
