QBO APP There is no Top Margins on Customer Statements, Packing Slip, and Purchase Orders

I have installed the QBO APP and when I go to print a customer statement, packing slip, or purchase order, it cuts off our company name and half our logo. The preview shows no top margin. How do you change the margin from 0.00 to 0.50? At this time, I have to log into QBO through Google and print these reports.
