The reports available in QuickBooks Online are separate, and it does not have a built-in report that fully replicates the same functionality of the Estimates vs. Actuals report in QuickBooks Desktop. Here are your alternative options:

• Use a manual comparison by duplicating your QuickBooks Online tab on your browser to open individual reports (such as Project Profitability, Budget vs. Actual, Profit & Loss by Class, Estimates by Customer, or Transaction Detail by Account) and compare them

Thank you for your reply.  Seems like a lot of work to get something similar to QB Plus D/T.  All the information is stored in QBO so the lack of jobcost reporting in QBO Plus is unfortunate.  Not everyone can jump to QBO Advanced.  I have other clients that work well in QBO Plus but for construction, it's not ideal.
