Quick books closed account

I’m beyond frustrated with Quickbooks,  they closed my account without allowing me to fix any issues.  Why are they doing this?  You would think it’s longevity in the merchant industry it wouldn’t so unprofessional in the way they handle their customers transactions. Then they told me I have to go to every customer and tell them dispute their transactions, so my customer can get their money back.  They make us business owners look so unprofessional.

Does anyone know if another company that doesn’t do this to their customers.

Quick books closed account

I know how to contact customer service.  What I do not understand is why not help us be in compliance to avoid stuff like this.  I have 2 accounts I opened the 1st was ok until I billed my customer $4000.  I’ve already started the work and now the account is closed.  Why not hold the transaction until

it clears.  My 2nd only had $609 that I’m still trying to fight for.  As entrepreneurs we work hard to get and retain clients.  The only reason I came to QB was I know it had been around for years and I assumed you would be trustworthy and reliable and it’s not.  I can’t even bring myself to tell my customers to dispute these transactions.  As a new entrepreneur I don’t want look unprofessional.  I’ve been crying all day not knowing what to do.
