Welcome to the Community. To keep one of your companies, let’s cancel the one that you’re not going to use.
The process is simple and easy. You can either perform the process using a browser or a mobile device.
To delete the account on a browser:
- In your QuickBooks Self-Employed, go to the Gear icon and choose Billing Info.
- Tap Cancel now and then type your feedback when prompted.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
