Quickbooks Desktop Online for Mac report error

Hi Everyone,

So I started getting this error when I try to display any reports from the app itself. It happens on every report from the app.

Tried re-installing the app twice to no avail. It may have something to do with Mac's new OS but I'm not sure.

Contacted Intuit directly and didn't get a solution.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Let's reset your QuickBooks Online for Mac App. I'd be happy to show you how to do it. Please follow the steps provided below:

  1. Log out your QBO account.
  2. Hold down the Fn (function) key and open it again.
  3. It will ask if you want to Reset the app.
  4. Click the Reset button.

Now you can open the application again and run the reports to see how it works.

Thank you Charles, that was the solution I needed!

The fn button on my Quickbooks Mac App defaulted to enabling dictation though. So I had to find the Reset App data function through the app's help menu.
