Glad to see you in the Community, Tunahunter.

I'll show you where you can adjust the font size for your reports.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Edit Preferences.
  2. In the Preferences window, click Reports & Graphs.
  3. Select the Company Preferences tab.
  4. Under the Default formatting for report section, click the Format button.
  5. Click on the Fonts & Numbers tab, then select Change Font. Change the font size to your preference
  6. Hit OK and then select Yes to confirm.
  7. Click OK twice to exit.

Once done, open the report you want to print and check if the font size is adjusted.

In case you encounter some printing issues, you can check out the solutions in this article: Resolve printing issues.

Thanks, but NO this did not work. I had already tried all that. It required a complete reinstall of the software and 2 hours on the phone with an excellent QB agent.

This is normal behavior. There's nothing to fix.

When you have a wide report and you use the Fit to one page wide, the report is shrunk down to one page wide, and the font will appear smaller by the percentage the report is shrunk. Similarly, if you have a long report and you pick the fit to one page tall option, the report and fonts will shrink until it fits.
